Each participant will help cook a meal and have at least 1hr of therapeutic/culinary cooking practice.
All meals will contain seaweed, even the desserts!
Locally foraged foods incorporated with lessons on the ingredients
Sea kayaking to Kelp beds to sustainably harvest seaweed
Lessons on ethically harvesting and processing the foraged seaweed
Clinical applications of seaweeds particularly for thyroid disorders, adrenals functions and mineral
Each participant will get a workbook with references, seaweed identification and foraging, scientific
studies on seaweed, and recipes
